Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 24 hours only for verified manufacturing defects.

Returns will not be accepted if:

The device has physical damage

The device has water or liquid damage

The device shows signs of misuse
Box Opening & Deduction Policy

Opening the box indicates acceptance of the product condition.
Deductions apply as follows:

Box opened but not activated: 10%–15% deduction

Device activated or used (1–3 days): 20%–30% deduction

Missing box or accessories: Additional deductions may apply

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the device cannot be resold as new.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Refund processing may take between 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the customer’s credit card.
Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
