Refund policy


We aim to provide high-quality mobile devices. Please review our return and refund terms carefully.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 24 hours only for verified manufacturing defects.

  • The device must be returned with:

    • Original box

    • All accessories

    • Original purchase invoice

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The device has physical damage

  • The device has water or liquid damage

  • The device shows signs of misuse

Box Opening & Deduction Policy

  • Opening the box indicates acceptance of the product condition.

Deductions apply as follows:

  • Box opened but not activated: 10%–15% deduction

  • Device activated or used (1–3 days): 20%–30% deduction

  • Missing box or accessories: Additional deductions may apply

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the device cannot be resold as new.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

  • Refund processing may take between 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the customer’s credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
